Highlighting an observational case series of eight cases of tuberculosis with varied ocular manifestations. This study is done reviewing the clinical findings, course and response to treatment. The clinical entities included in this study are Posterior uveitis with multiple choroidal tubercles, Collar stud abscess, Eales disease, Amphiginous choroiditis, Scleromalacia perforans and Posterior scleritis. Visual acuity, slit lamp biomicroscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy, fundus flourescein angiography and other relevant diagnostic techniques were carried out. All patients were started on anti tubercular treatment and the response to the above was analysed. Tuberculosis being a common entity in Indian scenario, high degree of suspicion is warranted for this disease, which can otherwise be difficult to diagnose and treat.
