IC042 – Decision Making In Neuro-Ophthalmological Disorders: Case Based Teaching

A diagnostic dilemma is frequently encountered in clinical practice of patients with neuro-ophthalmological diorders. This course is aimed to present the rare clinical presentations of cases which require holistic multi disciplinary approach and good understanding of clinico-anatomical and radiological correlation. This is a case based teaching meant to bridge the gap between textbook knowledge and everyday clinical practice. This course will include a brief review of concerned neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, highlighting the direct clinical correlations. We will highlight the specific aspect of clinical presentation in each case that points to the correct diagnosis. At the end of session, the attendees would have better understanding of managing varied neuro-ophthalmological disorder.
